So, this show is reserved seating. The Rialto doesn't do this very often. I'm going to be in SF when tickets go on sale.... someone want to pick one up for me? I will purchase said party an adult beverage come show time.

I'm just gonna have my neighbor snag one for me. He went to one of those shows in California apparently.

So the Calexico show will likely be the same night as her show in Tucson? And their show will be in Tucson as well?
I'm the boss. I need the info.
Tucson: Joanna on Saturday, Calexico on Sunday
Phoenix: Joanna on Sunday
I see.
Any phoenix people going to the Tuscon related shows? I am considering flying but obviously wouldnt have a car.
Edit:
It appears that Tucson is quite fancy and has their own airport. Hmmmm.

Why thank you, John. I want to see Calexico as well, so I suppose I wouldn't need to make Phoenix a pit stop if Tuscon has an airport. If I flew.
I plan on doing the full Tucson weekend as well Brandon. If it's cheaper for you to fly into Phoenix I also live near the Phx airport and can provide you with transportation to and from depending on your plans. If you fly into Tucson I can probably assist in some way there as well depending on times and such. In other words, if I can help, I will, so just let me know what you decide.
Thank you as well. Plans are in development. We will see what they look like if/when they come to fruition.
It turns out I get back the day of the show. Hoorah.

We are all just such great, helpful people.
Wait.
Does this mean I get to meet your dog?
Cool. At the moment I am leaning toward flying into Tucson, so I am not sure if our travel paths will cross. But if they shall, oh just you wait.
Awww yeah, party down in Old Pueblo.

I'll take two, please.

I'm pretty annoyed that something like this is occurring on the one weekend when I absolutely cannot attend the festivities, what with Tucson being my hometown and all.
Also, would anyone care to upload a sample of Ms. Newsom's work for my listening pleasure? I've been scared off of purchasing anything by cautions that she can be an acquired taste. $17/CD isn't worth taking that risk.
So I was just roundly abused in chat for not knowing wtf Joanna is, gonna research her today I guess. Didn't know nothing about no harpist lady.![]()
When are tix on sale? (Isn't this the same weekend as Massive Attack, D?)

Tickets onlsale in 23hrs and 57mins. I'm not going to MA.
Wondering if I can get past her baby voice. It's somewhere between Bjork and that singer from the Cranes (who I hate). Somewhere between heaven and hell.
