I wouldn't be against them but I just don't think that they could pull off a headlining spot. Either way I'd see them but I doubt it.

The trouble with 'classic rock' bands like Fleetwood Mac or Rush is that they are expensive and without much crossover appeal to the Coachella demographic. So any promoter should be asking 'are they worth it?'.

The only thing I can say is it would make my dad happy having Fleetwood Mac play. Not sure a Coachella line-up should be 'exciting' for my dad.

The first time I saw them they were still a blues band. It was at some field at vanderbilt U in Tenn. They sure did change. I am guessing summer of 69 or 70.
