RV Camping 2011

YAY, Thats great news because I just bought a camper trailer with the sole purpose of using at Coachella 2011. I didn't want to drive back and forth from a rental condo this year, now I gotta save MORE money to rent a condo again. I hope its worth the money I already invested for the trip, now I gotta get tix. Hope to see you all there, can't miss my favorite fest of the year. Coachella why do you pain me so?

They need the space because they're allowing overnight camping for people to share camping spots. I'm sure they're going to have much more actual camping tickets available as well after what happened last year.

It looks like they're planning on selling 8800 camping passes...(according to the application they filed).

Those of you planning to RV camp at an outside area, be sure to take a car as well. I take the new rules to mean that they won't allow RVs for day parking either.

* We are very sorry to announce that for 2011 we have discontinued the on site RV camping program. In addition, RV's will not be allowed within the festival grounds, this includes day parking. We are making every effort possible to limit the amount of traffic entering and exiting the festival each day and also create additional car parking. Unfortunately RV's take up large amounts of space and significantly reduce the number of cars the festival can accommodate. There are several locations in the surrounding area which allow RV's. Thank you for understanding.

there is a smaller place that many people use for stagecoach. they even deliver it for you, set it up, and pick it up after the weekend is over. all for way less than cruise america or any of the other "big" companies. let me see if i can find the info.
