Hope the other new material is quite a bit more interesting.

They live gigs had lots of ball & teeth, no reason for new stuff not to.

Even with interesting material, CCs voice will take a bit of getting used to. Live gigs can be bathed in reverb(etc..) but there's less room to hide in the studio.
