this yr at the end of mau5's set (which sucked) they said itll be 3 days in '11. maybe that'll mean longer sets. i wasn't a fan of 45 minute mainstage acts.

regardless i'll be going. the lineup this year was huge, but there were a few more acts i would've liked to see

Ultra Music Festival 2011 Will Remain in Miami

Russell confirmed that rumors of Ultra moving out of Miami are completely untrue. Ultra will be staying downtown. Unfortunately, he is still keeping mum whether or not Ultra will take place at Bicentennial or Bayfront Park. Festival details will be revealed when tickets go on sale in October.

i like Crystal Castles, im not ashamed of it...i can enjoy some mindless button mashing music, they put on an entertaining live show

so I'm wondering... don't all the artists have to sign something saying that they won't release a statement that they are performing at a festval until the festival does so. If so either Crystal Castles were just being dicks and released it anyways and could get kicked off the lineup for breach of contract or Ultra secretly allowed them to do so to create early hype?... idk im confused

its back to normal for some reason....and it was a rumor too. They never had it 100% cleared that they were going to do 3 days....now they do

Are they still going to host it at Bicentennial park? If I decide to go I would stay at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami in Downtown. It's literally a five minute walk from the venue and a 15 dollar cab ride to South Beach.
