I think many would be disappointed with a live Rakim performance. KRS-ONE gives a much better live show experience and does much more crowd interaction. ATCQ would be the best answer though

KRS-One drives me up the wall for whatever reason, plus he's played before. Been a while , yes, but he's been billed and Rakim hasn't. Rakim is a legend and while some people may assume he would disappoint, the guy is arguably the most influential MC in the history of hip hop and deserves a time slot.
