If coachella were holding out on some tickets to issue later on to the public again, that would be a huge screw you to the scalpers that prey on the real fans.

I think the folks over at coachella have been treating us to the world's greatest festival for years now. I've always treasured my coachella experiences but this year it has gotten louder in the media and people like us who have been coming for years have gotten jipped out of tickets.

Please support this idea... call goldenvoice, make posts, do your part, please!!!
Let's let these scalpers know that coachella isn't a venue they can make money off of and ruin it like they've ruined everything else.

People just dont get it. The venue doesn't hold the capacity to occupy more room. Lets say they did in fact release more tickets. You would be making a thread asking for them to lower ticket sales so theres more room.

I think they are definitely going to re-issue tickets shortly. I think they know that a lot of scalpers bought them, so they can just offload another 5-10K easy. There is no way every ticket they sold will show up at the door--you have to keep in mind how many tickets will be left-over.

And Friday tickets are selling for a bit under 100$ I noticed. Baffles me, since they are still available through TM.

Sat is going for as low as 150$, usually averaging that when you get two, a bit more if you don't pick the right single ticket auctions.

And Sunday is 200$.
