Forget Gossip Girl after Season 1. Start Supernatural, you have 7 seasons to catch up on.

Sounds good. I am taking a bit of a break from watching any old shows this month to get through some films. I ended up watching only 3 movies last month because I was watching too much TV.

It's suddenly not at all surprising to notice that Xanman does not post in the "Hey, Books" thread.

I wonder if the amount of disgust I have for xanman is the same amount that people have for me when they find out how much music I listen to.

Yeah I haven't been reading much. I got through the first 4 Song of Ice and Fire novels in the last year or so and that's about it. I tried to start The Cuckoo's Calling last month but got distracted and dropped it. I may end up reading A Dance with Dragons now before I pick it back up since the next GoT season will cover some of that book.

I mean obviously all he does is watch TV so I guess he isn't spending money on going out for beers and taking girls (or guys) out on dates and what not.

I just want to know why you even want to start watching Gossip Girl at all? I mean you are a straight man in his mid to late 20's correct?

Living with Parents means no worries about rent/food/other basic necessitaies? Or maybe just comes from an insanely wealthy family?

Is anyone watching Homeland? This season is interesting. I'm sick of Carrie's shrieking but Brody's storyline is definitely interesting.

Did you watch it last night? Really really good episode. It kinda made up for the first three terrible ones. It created the standard plot holes that "twists" create. but its the first episode this season i didnt fast forward at all.

Last night's episode was absolutely brutal. It was so uncomfortable that I had to keep looking away from the screen.
