That show's been on for 3 seasons? Just started season 2 of Downton Abbey. Loving it so far, though I swear it seems like every other scene has a servant overhearing something from an ajar door or window.

on episode eleven of Boardwalk Empire. There are some fine actors, expensive period set designs, lots of sex, but there is something missing which prevents it from being truly great. Will most likely give her up after the first season.

I'm currently really obsessed with Cougar Town. I did not expect it to be as hilarious and well written as it is.

I outgrew Seth McFarland shows many moons ago, but I caught the hot tub episode of American Dad at a friend's house and it was, somehow, actually really fucking funny. It probably helped that Cee-Lo wrote some actual songs for it.

Yeah, it's come a long way since those first episodes in the first season. PENNY CAN!

I saw a clip from this show and it was a Scrubs reunion. Apparently it's not just Scrubs in Florida with a lot of wine though.

Just finished season 2 of Downton Abbey; haven't had this much fun watching a series in a long time. Can't believe we have to wait a year for season 3, though.

I'm guessing you know this, but the folks behind Downton Abbey have a Titanic thing coming up soon. All the protocol. ALL THE PROTOCOL, RAGE.

Downton at sea, eh? No, I had no idea. Looks like it's not airing in the US. Thanks, though.

I watched an episode of this because the remote was on the coffee table and I was sitting in a recliner reclined. It wasn't what I expected either and I genuinely laughed at a few scenes.

There's this really engaging interview with Bill Lawerence, the creator of Cougar Town and Scrubs, about how people have these preconceived notions about the show since it's named Cougar Town, and how he wanted to change the name after the first season, but was told by the network it probably was too late in the game to do that. The interview itself is worth it.

Yeah, they keep making fun of the name when the title page shows up. It should just be called CAL-DE-SAC CREW!

This method is how I got into "Storage Wars," which I've now seen like every episode of.

American Dad is consistently funny - in my opinion, far funnier than Family Guy. It's more zany situational humor that doesn't revolve around one guy being a complete douche bag. Stan Smith actually thinks he's doing what's best for everyone, while Peter Griffin could care less about anyone else, ever.

I have been following The River. All the paranormal stuff is comes off as goofy, but I just really like all the characters. When the shows being "real", or just focused on the characters and the backstory of the show I enjoy it. The "spooky" stuff is pretty hit or miss.
