I know it's a non music post but I am moving before my lease is up so I am really trying to find someone interested in renting this house as soon as possible on/after July 3.

It's the middle house of 3 houses. The neighbors on both sides are super cool. This is a free standing house so no shared walls. We can close the gates of the property so the dogs can run around (PETS OK) and both neighbors have pets.

Walking distance from the Echo and Spaceland!

Has washer and dryer in the house.

Not a thru street so not much traffic.

Lots of "stairs" in the area to walk and explore.

Perfect for both hipsters and non hipsters. Perfect for a single person, Couple, or even room mates if one gets the BIG room and one gets the tiny room.

no that does not include utilities. water/trash are included but that is usual.

I lived in one building in noho for 8 years straight. and in hollywood in the same apt. for 4 years. but the last place was 14 months (i am moving back to that one) and the one before that was just a year so it does appear I move a lot in recent years.
