That's because you have horrendous taste in music. And you're a vegan.

    Double-fail.

I did some old post research and concluded that James Mills does not have horrendous taste in music. He seems ok.

He's dead wrong about London Calling though. It happens, even good listeners sometimes make mistakes.

I've got to check the Stone Roses. That's like ten mentions of them.

I'd vote Stone Roses if it weren't for Dani's accounts of horrible live performances. The singer sang off-key live, and you can even tell from the recordings that his voice tends to go sharp. Other than that, a CLASSIC.

How good or not good the Stone Roses are live has absolutely nothing to do with whether their self-titled record is the "best album since London Calling."
    11/05 - Pissed Jeans - Los Globos (?)
    11/09 - Slowdive - Ace
    11/14 - Flying Lotus - Wiltern (?)
    11/22 - The Dream Syndicate - Echoplex (?)
    12/03 - Jonathan Richman - Bootleg (?)

Your taste in music is abysmal. You have the ear of a deaf swine.

I can't understand what point you're trying to make, are you saying that because both bands shared the cover of the same magazine that they are for all intents and purposes equal?

Because that would just be fucking stupid

Yeah . . . and? Is there a punchline, or is that it? Moving on . . .

For my tastes, London Calling is the third-best record ever recorded, behind Pet Sounds and Highway 61 Revisited. But I think Kid A or Doolittle are probably the correct choices for this poll.
