Possibly, but we're discussing great albums after London Calling. Raw Power was release in the early 70's.

Well the premise of this thread starts off with London Calling being the best ever. Thats why I brought it up.

76% of voters were satisfied with my list. I interpret that as a sweeping mandate to do more annoying polls.

To be fair, I picked the one that best applied, but really I think Catherine Wheel's album is the best.

Daydream. The only album up there I would nominate. Other albums come close. But from where I'm standing it's probably the only perfect LP that's been recorded since.

Remain in Light, Loveless, Kid A, and the unmentioned In the Aeroplane Over the Sea are all close behind...

Is there some kind of disease which causes people to think Stankonia is OutKast's best or most well-regarded album?

A rare virus called Ms. Jackson.

Edit: I dont want to give off the idea that I dis-like this song, because that is not the case. Ms Jackson is nothing short of marvelous

I remember when they won an award once basically Andre's whole acceptance speech consisted of, "Thanks but Stankonia is NOT OUR FIRST ALBUM like all of our "fans" seem to think. Do the history. We have other albums, this isn't the first."

    I still hear people pronounce ATL-iens, AT-liens

It simply fits in a comfortable spot between having huge hits and not being the huge double solo album making it seem a trendier more pure "Outkast" album to pick.

It is like the 4th best reviewed album of all-time on Metacritic. Not my personal choice, but I'm just sayin'...

Second guess, not that bad. Didn't even have to break out my detective training to crack that case.

I voted Doolittle. Although while deeply thinking about this, I came to the conclusion that my second favorite is turn on the bright lights. I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed. So for now I will walk around confidently.
