    Which is correct?

    "A Majority of..."
    "The Majority of..."
If there's Coachella to be had, I'm gonna have it

I think it might work like "A dog..." and "The dog..." The latter speaks of a specific dog. The former is just some dog. If you've already established the group before, I think you would use "the" instead of "a," because you've already mentioned them. But I think even if you haven't mentioned them before, you can introduce them with either "the" or "a."

EDIT: Wait, but if you are introducing this majority group, I don't think you can use "the" unless you've already mentioned the group that they are a part of. For example, I don't think you can say, "The majority of dogs like to bark," without having previously talked about dogs.

Grammar is important. Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

I have been noticing more and more a giant problem with people not knowing how to properly use apostrophes. It's been a problem for a long time, but it's starting to become an epidemic. It makes me want to cry.

As I've noted before, most problems that self-described "Grammar Nazis" are actually referring to are orthographical and not grammatical in nature. Not to say that grammar mistakes do not abound.
