My wet dream! i mean 2011...
Long shot.
Wet dream.
Pipe dream.
Daydream.
He was there. I have a picture of him. Musta been me who said it.
Mr. Bungle won't happen, he's too busy with his other reunion for the time being. But who knows? Maybe in 10 years.
My first novel, Darkhouse, has been published and is available here on Amazon. It has nothing to do with Coachella. Or vampires.

I nerdily went back and searched through the FNM thread from the time of the Warfield shows and couldn't find any evidence of this, but maybe it was you. 10 years? Shit. How about in 2012? That I can deal with. Are we really going to want to see Mr. Bungle when the guys are 55 years old?
YES!
the gobi tent would be perfect for this...
i say we vote out Farrell and vote in Patton as the coachella "regular" that performs every year regardless of what they play...

As much as I love Mr. Bungle, a reunion ain't going to happen right now or anytime soon. Doesn't really bother me, I'm quite satisfied with FNM for the time being and still can't believe I actually got to see them 3x last month. That's going to keep me going for a long time.
It was me who said it and I supplied a pic. It's either in this thread, on the blog, on MY blog or on my Facebook.
OR wherever Erik says he saw it.
I don't know where I've been posting shit this last month.

All the former members of Mr. Bungle have collaborated post-Bungle except for Spruance and Patton.
From what I've read of the band describing the dynamic when they broke up, it sounds like Trey and Mike are both huge control freaks and were very stubborn about wanting things their own way.
With Faith No More, the band ended on fairly amicable terms, Patton had continually described his memories of playing with FNM as very positive, and of course there was ALOT of money to be made from a reunion tour (at least in europe there was).
In the case of Mr. Bungle, I don't think there is any particular desire in the band to reform. I don't think Trey or Mike look back on their experience in the last few years as positive in anyway (probably just very very frustrating). And I don't think any record company or concert promoter would be willing to drop a huge wad of cash on them to reunite.
I just really think there is no logical motivation.
And this is coming from a die-hard-100%-favorite-band-forever Mr. Bungle fan.
