Though I commented on the folks in the other thread that has a poll I tend to find that talking about ignore lists defeats the purpose. Or at least my purpose which is making this a better place for me. I don't want to go out of my way to put down people that already bug me.

I see the Ignore function as a service to me, so I don't go down the dark side and say things that I may feel but may also hurt someone's feelings. And, honestly, I don't really want to hurt anyone's feelings, except for Randy. I fucking hate Randy. He used to be amusing to me up until now. Now I've determined that he's a gay hating/homophobic, sexist fucknut who seems to thrive on responses from people. I take his bait all the time and now I hate myself because of it.

My point is that, with the exception of Randy, I feel no need to tell someone they are on Ignore. I use it so I don't have to read their shit and get drawn into actual vitriolic arguing. Ain't really my style. I feel much more comfortable insulting people I find irritating behind their back.
