With the discussion of how crowded Coachella was this year, it's obvious that most people that have gone to Coachella before this year would like the crowds to reduce. To me, to only way Goldenvoice does this is if they have a way to recoup some of the money they would lose by reducing capacity.
So what if they come out and say, "OK, we are reducing capacity to 60k per day, but we have to charge more for festival passes."
Are you ok with paying more money for a ticket if it means the crowd shrinks?
