Would you pay more $$ for a ticket if it meant reducing capacity?

With the discussion of how crowded Coachella was this year, it's obvious that most people that have gone to Coachella before this year would like the crowds to reduce. To me, to only way Goldenvoice does this is if they have a way to recoup some of the money they would lose by reducing capacity.

So what if they come out and say, "OK, we are reducing capacity to 60k per day, but we have to charge more for festival passes."

Are you ok with paying more money for a ticket if it means the crowd shrinks?

Here's the figures based solely on festival ticket sales -

75,000 x $269 = $20,175,000

60,000 x $319 = $19,140,000

Even if they increased it by $50, they would still stand to lose a little over $1 million in ticket sales in comparison to this year if they reduced capacity to 60k.

I looked at the polls that were started or responded too after the 18th and I didn't see any of those resembling this poll.

I saw other polls talking about if Coachella was worth or if people will be back next year, but not this.

Don't forget that smaller attendance numbers mean that they also probably lose money on camping, merch sales, etc.

I honestly didn't find the crowd that unbearable. I'd rather more people be able to enjoy coachella than me be a snob b/c I make more money than them and therefore I should only be able to enjoy it.
