Dj's on the mainstage between acts.

How do you guys feel about this? I know it was done in 1999 and 2001. It wouldn't have to be top name djs, but maybe someone like Jason Bentley whose playlist usually is on par with the Coachella acts. It wouldn't have to be the same volume, but just something to listen to between acts.

i'd rather comedians, or do something like those godawful jager tours and have people torturing themselves and shit

either way it would interfere with the sound check / line check that happens before each band goes on

I really don't remember a single DJ on the main stage in '01 other than Oakenfold.

Eh, as long as they play some good music over the PA's, I don't care about there not being DJs. I really enjoyed the music they played between Orbital and Plastikman in the Sahara, wish I could find out what it was.

It's good to give the ears a rest once in a while. A little muzak in the background is fine though.

yeah I really enjoyed most of the music on the outdoor and main stage in between bands. heard neutral milk hotel before gorillaz and was pretty happy
