Signed. Double signed.
Just no MCs please. Unless its Conrad, he knows when to stfu.
Nu:Tone, HC, London Elektricity = 90 min set

High Contrast has made probably the most mellow/one of my fav DnB tunes. He would killlll it.
hell yea! id love to see some dnb out there next year. andy c, sub focus & MC GQ would be dope too. id rather see the hospital crew there but im not sure that would go down. ANY drum and bass would be fine with me though.
the music is what its all about, you love it just like i love it.
Agreed.
FOUR TET. HOT CHIP. SIMIAN MOBILE DISCO. BOOKA SHADE. LEE SCRATCH PERRY. BEACH HOUSE.
Richie Hawtin. James Blake. Loco Dice.
The first Coachella electronic elements were pretty much only dnb/jungle artists.
Now we have no dnb/jungle......What happened???
Stupid dub step....![]()
New York Ice Cream TV Travel Good Times

BRING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will be worth dealing with the crowds, traffic, drunks, etards, tweens, newbs, & all other obnoxious people there. I've been down with HOSPITAL since 97 & there releases just keep getting better & better. Pure innovative DnB masters.
Replace the Do Lab with Hospital records artists for a day & night (saturday) please!!!!!!!!!!
YES! Gotta bring Logistics as well if Hospital is in the house
Let me see what you're workin with

I can't believe Donald hasn't posted in here.
I give this thread my full support.

And... my personal all time favorite Lincoln track. The b-side to the epic Twilight's Last Gleaming. It's only available on vinyl due to the uncleared Isley Brothers sample. There is an out of print Japanese version of High Society on CD that includes it as a bonus track but it's very tough to track down.

High Society is the name of the album the track High Society (you posted) was taken from.

Rhythm is a dancer.
Dubstep sucks; Electro is just overplayed
Huge difference.
Electro is to the EDM scene today what trance was to it 10 years ago. It will always be around, but it will eventually get on everyone's nerves and most of it will eventually vanish from lineups.
Dubstep is just a novelty. It's the retarded cousin of drum n bass.
You hear that one dubstep track? It goes
BOOOOOOOOM, CHHHHH, WAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWA!
Oh yeah... that's EVERY dubstep track.
i fucking hate brotronica
Rhythm is a dancer.
MCs have been around since the origins of D&B and the styles that predated it going back over 20 years. I've always heard it started as a London "rude-boy/gangsta" thing. I guess the English kids were trying to create their own version of Hip-Hop to an extent. This might be BS but it's what I've heard and read several times.
There are definitely D&B DJs out there who don't use MCs, John B and Tech Itch are two that pop into my head right off the bat. I know a lot of D&B fans who don't like MCs. me included. I really don't understand why they have kept them all this time other than some sort of nostalgia. I've said for years that I thought D&B would go much much further if they just stopped using them.
