I loved the DJ Lance Rock set... This was one of the few sets our entire group was together for and it was an amazing way to kick off the weekend. It couldn't have been any better. Seriously. So perfect. Everyone was so excited to be there. Loved it. A close second goes to Hot Chip. That set was amazing. That, too, was another rare moment where we were all together again. The crowd was so fun and everyone danced.
Phoenix during sunset. Actually any act during sunset. But I remember the blue and red lights lighting up the palm trees from below near the outdoor stage. Bouncing to Jay-Z. People walking by giving highfives.
Raging in the Sahara tent and looking back to towards the mountain to see everyone smiling and this view:
I just got a boner reading that.
6/15/14 Failure - Glasshouse // 7/9/14 Cloud Nothings/Metz - Roxy
7/16/14 Planes Mistaken For Stars - Echo // 8/23-24/14 FYF Fest - Expo Park //8/25/14 Nine Inch Nails - Hollywood Bowl // 9/12-14/14 Riotfest - Humboldt Park, Chicago, IL
9/18/14 Neutral Milk Hotel - Hollywood Bowl
mmm, dirty coachella fingers sliding right in...
did you sniff them afterward?
A bit lackluster...you should've gave her the high hard one, glitch!

i think during bassnectar was probably the funnest ive had all year, everybody was dancing so hard and he just tore up the tent! i was on a shit ton of hallucinogens and e and felt the best i had in a long while on that combo. i think it was the mescaline
the music is what its all about, you love it just like i love it.
My best moment (that I remember clearly enough to put into words) was at The Specials on Friday afternoon. Dancing as the sun set...... I suddenly realized that I was at my first ever Coachella, I was alone, and the whole weekend full of possibilities was in front of me.
5 star thread!

Sunday night Camp Mob was one of the best nights of my life!
Other highlights include
The Dance party in front of Old Crow Medicine show, and specifically the sing along to wagon wheel was epic.
Nearly brought to tears at Fever Ray.
Thursday Night, being overly friendly and meeting all of our neighbors.
Too many really.
2012 Coachella & TBA
2011 Wakarusa & Bonnaroo
When my friend rafiki started a massive parade Sunday night... Also the dj's in our camp Sunday.
Sunday Sunday Sunday
Rhythm is a dancer.
Muse's set. They were the reason why I went to Coachella. They delivered above my expectations. It was my first time seeing them and attending this festival.
Other stand out "happy" moments I had:
Bassnectar's set. I brought some friends to the Sahara who had never heard his stuff before. As soon as he threw down that first drop, my friends became believers.
Joining a skanking mob during The Specials as the sun was setting.
Dancing like a maniac at the front of the Sahara for Club 75.
Watching Vampire Weekend's energetic set and then booking it to the Main Stage in time for Jay-Z.
Beer pong tournament with 5 neighboring campsites Thursday night.
Reading this thread makes me uncontrollably excited for 2011
Flying Lotus taking me to places I'd never been before
Orbital dominating the crowd
Wolfgang Gartner killing it in the Sahara with his vicious electronic rifts
Them Crooked Vultures and Faith No More showing people what real rock music is
Rolling hard during Phoenix > Orbital > Plastikman > last half hour of Gorillaz
I'ma ball at the mall shuttin' down the sea wall
