List of Rumored/not really Confirmed Bands for Coachella 2011

Out of Interpol, Chemical Brothers, Black Keys and Animal Collective I'm thinking at least two of these bands will sub headline.

Interpol were subheadliners in the Corona Festival Capital in Mexico. They were pretty good and played just after White Lies and Echo & the Bunnymen and just before The Pixies. So yeah, they will definitely subheadline.

Pixies are still subs, so i'd wager a guess Interpol will be first name on the 3rd line, closing the Outdoor one night. Chemical Brothers are the only act of the 4 listed that is a second line act.

They subheadlined in 2007... but they haven't gotten any bigger. If anything, they've receded.


Black Keys are definitely subheadliners.
