I think there may be a chance that the Smashing Pumpkins will be there. I haven't seen any articles about it but billy and the new members have been releasing a song every month and touring like crazy to promote the songs. I think there is a good chance that if they are close to the states around chella time that they will be one of the outdoor stage acts. Which would be awesome. Too bad the original members dont want to be apart of the new group but oh well, seeing them live, performing some of the classic songs was amazing here in utah and know it would be amazing there in indio.

It's just Billy Corgan, as far as I'm convinced there is no more Smashing Pumpkns. Besides Billy is too arogant to except the fact that they aren't a headlining act and would refuse to play anything less. If he was willing to bump himself down to maybe a closing slot at the Outdoor it may work... But I don't see it happening.

theres really only one name on that list thats "unbelievable"... and given the possability, and strong possability at that, that Arcade is indeed amongst the headlining rumors, ruling Mr Bowie out might not be a one hundred percent certainty at the moment.

And No Doubt would headline imo based on new album due by the end of the year and lack of live shows since last year and their break before that tour.
