anyone else agree?! I got into them after researching unknown bands from the line up list a few months ago, but when I saw them live I was amazed! That chick is such a bad ass!

cansei de ser sexme--WHAT?! im shocked to hear a negative review of them! well, we all have our own tastes...
they were definitely good. there were a couple songs that i was just like ehhhh :/ but overall i liked them. i heard about them from some mutual friends and im glad i check em out. that chick can scream!![]()
A bunch of prerecorded material being played over with an obnoxiously repetetive guitar line and lyrics from a screaming woman with no talent.
Also. My. New. Fave.
Always wear a helmut
i fucking told you so.
The White Stripes 9/18
Wow, really guys? Everyone I talked to who went to the set fucking loved it. [Including me]
my friend and i left early.. wtf was with the screaming..
It was more about the tone. The tone was amazing. TONE.

"Mr. Toad's Wild Aidz."
I left Avett Bros to check out Sleigh Bells, but when I got there they were done, at least fifteen minutes early. What was the deal with that?
I loved everything but the shrieking into the microphone.

I LOVED THIS SET. even her screaming. Dunno wtf you guys were expecting. The guitarist does the all instrumental work by himself, so it's obvious they had to use a backing track. Alexis is fucking fire on that stage.
My only disappointment was the lack of Ring Ring.
They didn't do Ring Ring? I came a bit late and wondered if I missed it. Too bad on both accounts that song is awesome.
Yeah, I agree with summerkid and cansei. It started off ok, and then got all Crystal Castles-y in the middle. Apparently Alexis didn't get the memo that the whole screaming thing really didn't work very well for Alice Glass last year.
edit: You could say I was middle ground about the set.

i love love love love love love loved it. i dragged my two friends to it and they were hesitant. they came out of the tent having loved it as much as me! we shook our booties and it was fucking LOUD, we were right up there and it was amazing. great set. one of my highlights- except i wish they had more material- and why not play Ring Ring? seriously, if you only have like 5 songs, atleast play all of them.

Loved it...but the set lacked their best track (Ring Ring)
I'ma ball at the mall shuttin' down the sea wall
I am looking forward to their album, I like their music but their live show seemed like they were doing karaoke
