definitely loved the MJ cover in FNM's set... hilarious shit.

i was a bit too tired to get really into Claypool's set, and he rocked it, but i also wasn't familiar enough w/ the material. "Riddles" was an awesome surprise, though, and after hearing that song second i thought we were really in for something especially cool...

Indeed it was. After "Cannibal Resource," pretty sure, but maybe right before it.

I got the DEP setlist from the sound guy. I'll post it later. They played 43% Burnt, and some other songs I guess.

"This isn't for the poseurs," said by Greg Puciato was the best quote of the weekend for me right before "43% Burnt." We did our best to not let the pit turn into a push fest and kept it ninja style.

I think LCD had some more but he was talking a lot. Seemed emotional but it was great. Not enough room to dance though.

All songs went about 7-9 minutes, which was amazing. I think that there were one or two songs he wanted to sing, that he didn't get to. He did talk a bit, but it was the serious trippy length of the songs that prevented him from singing more. All around, brilliant set.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH noooooooooooo! I can't believe I missed that. One of my favorite songs ever. I don't even remember what the hell I was doing during their set. Taking my sweet time walking over I suppose. I caught the last couple songs. Shit, I wish I hadn't read this.

I am still wondering what he meant when he started out saying "We have a short set tonight." I didn't know if he meant they were running overtime so he had to cut songs (which he did) or just that he wasn't used to playing such a short set lately. I'm sure it's the former. But there was such a big gap between him and Jay Z... I wonder why he couldn't play just that one last song on his set list.

What did Atoms for Peace played after The Eraser? We watched from far back and left after that for a spot at Gorillaz which I regret doing. I wish we would have just stayed far back for both of those sets.
