Why haven't I seen a thread about this? I know I wasn't the only one that was blown away by Faith No More. Complain if you need to about Muse and Tiesto, but who can say that Faith didn't bring it?

Probably most of the uninterested crowd in front. Biggest complaint I heard was tweens chanting for Muse the whole time. Whatever. They were in my top 5 of the weekend.
Faith No More's Coachella set was so amazing that it doesn't even need it's own thread.
okay, i'll admit this:
faith no more was actually good. i tried all the months before coachella trying to get into them. i couldnt fucking do it. i just couldnt. they were utter shit to me. but i saw them anyway when i was waiting for muse and the energy was there. great show, didn't love it, but it was still pretty good.
I was mid crowd before forcing my way up front for Muse/Tiesto, it was pretty good energy there. Totally top 3 for me, one of the bands I was really looking forward to, up there with Orbital. Glad I didn't hear any Muse chants, some people just don't know damn good rock when they hear it
hahah, now that I think about it I guess I agree
I am a huge Muse fan, but I must admit there is a sickening amount of "elitist" type of Muse fans coming out of the woodwork. These people have no respect for other musicians. When I saw Muse at MSG in 2007 and Cold War Kids were opening, the fans were extremely rude and chanting Muse and whining for CWK's to get off the stage. I cannot stand that kind of behavior, no matter how crappy you think a band is or how much you want to hear the closing band, you should never treat performers that way (unless they have done something to warrant it of course).
I don't know much about Faith No More, but I did watch their set on Myspace the other day and I was impressed.
FNM BROUGHT IT!! I was so happy I got up close. I wanted to be close for Muse and MGMT, but I can only choose one, so it had to be the Second Coming.
Mike Patton! That voice, sense of humor and after all these years....he's still rather hot.
Always wear a helmut
Amazing performance...one of my top 5 acts of the weekend. It was funny when Patton cameout with a cane and used it for the first couple of songs. I actually thought he had some huge accident a couple of days before Coachella...
