Louisiana to Coachella

I'm driving from Lafayette Louisiana to Coachella. Leaving Lafayette on april 13th or 14th taking two days maybe three to get there. I will likely have three seats, possibly four depending on which car I choose to take..let me know if you're interested

*Willing to pick people up in Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, and any other place on the way...if you're unsure if youre on my way go to map quest.. Lafayette LA to Indio CA, if it's not real far out of the way Ill pick you up unless you plan to try and rob me and steal my car.

What I would like to do is boil a few sacks of crawfish, but that's too much work and time consuming. Not to mention the heat!

Um...that would be amazing. And, yeah, a lot of work. When you said BBQ I actually thought "BBQ? That's weird. I bet they mean crawfish boil." I have yet to attempt such a feat in the 8 years I've been out of state. Much easier to attend when I'm back home visiting, or order a lb. at Sammy's Grill.

I've done it. It's more trouble than it's worth. Flying with live crawfish = hilarity. And right now they're so small and expensive that it's hardly even worth it to do it at home. Super harsh late winter and all.

The price has dropped significantly since last Friday(end of Lent/Easter), and the ones we've been boiling are huge.
