Arcade Fire vs Patrick Wolf

Since they are touring together i thought this might be appropiate. Arcade Fire's Neon Bible or Patrick Wolf's the Magic Position? Listen to both albums before voting please. Surprisingly enough my vote's with Patrick Wolf, pretty incredible album.

Thanks for the tip. Where's the free full album stream? My best of '07 so far is now a 3-way battle between Neon Bible, Klaxon's and The Shins (Wincing The Night Away is a phenomenal grower) ... so you better not waste my time j/k

I really enjoy the magic position, the stars is a great track, but as a whole neon bible is light years ahead. I really hope they bring Patrick back to the US for their tour here.

Dont know where you can find a stream, the album was just released in the UK today, wont be in the US until May 1st. The album is definitely out there on the file sharing networks (if you're cool with that). Try doing a torrent search or using Soulseek.

No prob. Did you see the Oasis album is also there? I've already listened to about 7 times to Kaiser Chiefs album over there. Wow, !!!'s is now out there too. (Not really sure if all songs of those albums will be streaming)

The second is also good but on 1st 2 tracks listening so far (vs. my 1st listening 1st 2 tracks of The Arcade Fire ... I'm into the third track ... I'd give slight edge to Neon Bible so far ... it has the Klaxon's vibe and tunes going)

The Patrick Wolf record is "interesting" but there is absolutely, positively no comparison between these two records. Arcade Fire wins. Patrick Wolf loses.
