1:25-1:30 at The Outdoor (you guys get there before me and take over a bench and explain to new friends it's temporary and they could be in it)

And 2PM at the Sahara.

That's a good one. Plenty of time for people to get in. We could get the benches. People can hang for the Avett Bros after. Conflicts are the last 3rd of Wale (ouch) and the very end of Iglu and Hartley (probably when they'll do their song). Hurm.

Yeah the Wale is too bad but it seemed to otherwise minimize conflicts. I'll admit I don't know who Igloo & Hartley are.

The way i'm seeing this is getting a picture of the smaller group that can't be in the main shot. i NEED pictures of TOM. i think you understand my obsession.

gps - the photo was done in a few minutes last year...people were milling around for a good 20 or so minutes beforehand and afterwards, though. but if it's just the pic you want to be in just show up a minute or so before and you will be on your gay way within 10 minutes probably...unless i show up, then you'll be following me around the rest of your life
