The Grand Attempt at a Group Shot of Our Happy Little Family: 2010 Edition!

This year the attempt of a group shot will be actually be 2 in order to get as many of us as possible. Both will be on Saturday. The earlier one will be on one of the benches at the Outdoor Stage (1:25 - 1:30). The second will be in front of whatever art is in front of the Sahara (2-2:05PM). Feel free to be in both if you can. This is what we're going for on the benches:



For the Sahara shot we won't have the benches of the Outdoor, so just like last year: Tall people in back, shorties in front. Like this:



Same as last year, try to make the five minute window. No bullshit. If you're coming to fuck with someone you have developed a distaste for during your time here, stay away. This is a love fest. All who are interested are invited.

The windows on SATURDAY are:

1:25-1:30 at The Outdoor (you guys get there before me and take over a bench and explain to new friends it's temporary and they could be in it)

and

2PM - 2:05PM for the shot in front of whatever art is in front of the Sahara.


Last year was the first time we did this and the 44 plus who showed up might tell you it was a bit of a highlight.

Early Friday people could still be coming in. Saturday and Sunday the folks are more settled in. i think we might have to scrap the bench idea because it would be rude to attempt the shot during a performance. The window to do that on Saturday is filled with conflicts. The proposed Sunday time would cause lateness for King Kahn (and if the group shot turned out like last year, potentially miss the whole show).

i'm thinking of moving this to the Sahara, at 2PM on Saturday. Thoughts?
