Every year, people come up with their own templates for the set times using programs like Excel. I find them to be extremely helpful. Share them with everyone here once the times are released!

Why use Excel when there's a Coachooser?
Is Coachooser something you can use without a smart phone? i thought it was just an app.

Some people like their info organized differently. For instance, both the official set times and the Coachooser organize times starting with the end of the day at the top. I prefer the beginning of the day to start at the top, you know, common-sense-style.
Although indietron you jumped the gun, it can't hurt to get the excel gurus thinking about it...
I'll be posting my pocket-sized vertical template again once the set-times come out and I fill out the blocks.

/waits patiently/
coachooser is not loading for me fffffffuuuuuuu
jesus, i hate making this shit...but i will, since nobody really did it properly last year. LEFT TO RIGHT!!!
Let's go on a livin' spree!
Vertical pocket sized flashcard style I've used since 2007. Blocks are timed to the nearest 15 minutes interval. I use green and yellow for color coding of the blocks. The jpg is close to exact size. It should print clearer than what the jpg shows. Let me know if I've made any mistakes or if the excel file doesn't load and I'll update. What I like to do is print on on a piece of 8.5"X11" glossy photo paper, cut out each day, then "laminate" each card with clear packing tape. The paper's nice and thick and the tape keeps spills and sweat from screwing up the printing

2014?
The Coachooser isn't working for me.
In 2006 and 2007, when we went down, my friend posted the schedule like the one I am posting now. It seemed to be a good one because we ran into quite a few people with them both years. It was also a hit @ Pemberton in 08.
I took his template and put in this years artists. It's in a nice, one page handy spreadsheet and attempts to help show the overlaps. Since it is broken down into 15 minute blocks, some of the overlap may not be 100% accurate, but I have included set times as well.
Lemme know what you think. Below is a preview.

Coachella attendee 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 (1). I'm going both weekends this year.
This is the type I go with every year. I print them on cardstock and laminate it with a wide roll of clear tape. It will still be in good condition by the end of the night this way.
May I suggest leaving the dead times white, and only coloring the cells where the band is actually playing? Much easier to read that way.
thanks!!
This one from 2008 had the best format and look if you ask me. If anyone could whip up something like this so that each day could fit on one sheet of paper that would be wavy gravy.
