All ORGANIC veggies (fries too!) & we only use WILD large shrimp (not farmed!). A "chicken po bo" and "dirty rice and beans." Hells to the no. Cajun and Creole food doesn't exist outside of South Louisiana. Never ever settle. There's a lot of great food in California, this isn't it.

The chicken poboy did sound weird to me. One time I made the mistake of letting North Carolinians make my Popeyes. You guys can get Cajun food any day of the week. Sometimes I go months. Shit sucks.

Besides daxton, if you are really craving some proper south Louisiana food one of us can probably figure out a way to safely transport something to you. And I have to agree there is so many better choices there that cannot be duplicated here.
