Do People Go to Coachella on Crutches?

So I broke my leg a few weeks ago and I'm still in a pink hip to toe full leg cast and crutches and I will be at Coachella. At first I thought there was no way I would be going, but now I'm pretty much a pro at the crutches lol and as used to the cast as I can be. I'm pretty sure I'm going no matter what, but still a little nervous about it. Do people go to Coachella on crutches? Is it a totally crazy idea?

You'll probably be uncomfortable most of the time and won't get to do what everyone else is doing. But if you don't go you'll hate yourself.

I've done that before.. not coachella, but a local concert.

It's defenetly going to be very very hot and you'll suffer. When you take the cast off it will smell gross and your skin will be white pale and peeling for a cuople of days.

I would take the cast off and put an orthopedic boot then put a new cast on monday.

Thankfully I've become pretty used to the whole huge cast and crutches thing so its not slowing me down all that much. I've still been able to go out and have a good time, so I'm thinking I should be able to survive and have fun. I know the cast will probably be pretty trashed by the end of it, but thankfully I'll be getting a shorter one the day I get back!

I see patients that live in the freezing UK after the plaster comes off and its gross

Take a kebab skewer or long stick to itch you leg with its nice to have a scratch once in a while haha

Ha! That's exactly like my cast. Yep, I'm planning on bringing a pen, already do that when i go out I imagine it will make for quite the conversation starter, as crutches and a big pink cast are hard to miss
