Seriously. It really did seem that Sweden and Britain were demographically over represented this year in the bands, which I liked.

H.M. I thought Destroyer killed it despite the small crowd. They sounded really good despite the lack of energy from the lead singer.

Biggest Disappointment was M83.

Worst was Greg Ginn. Watched about ten minutes of it. Just atrocious...

What was atrocious about it? Ginn was having fun, but it wasn't anything special. Not horrible by any means.

Seriously. It really did seem that Sweden and Britain were demographically over represented this year in the bands, which I liked.

Because the Brits and Swedes still prefer Rock 'n' Roll over Hip Hop and Electronica, not that way anymore in the States. If you want a decent Rock 'n' roll portion in a festival line-up these days, you almost have to look oversees to fill a whole bill. Not enough rock 'n' roll talent in America alone to do it without bringing back half the same acts every year.
