I want that Monday 4/12 weather all weekend.
If we're lucky something will happen. Some adversity will happen and something unexpected will happen and you'll get tired and you'll get hungry, you'll have trouble going to the bathroom, and you'll lose your car keys, and all these wonderful things will add up to some powerful experience that 10 years from now we'll say "We lived, we lived." - Wayne Coyne on Coachella
if we can get anything around 90 would be perfect!

"Without music life would be a mistake" ~Nietzsche
I'm such a nerd but here's what I found through the Farmer's Almanac... I interpreted the max temp to be about 10 degrees lower than actual so I added 10 degrees to all -
April 16th 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009
Max Temp 103.9 94.2 89 99.1 90.1
April 17th 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009
Max Temp 103.9 91 92.9 97.1 99.1
April 18th 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009
Max Temp 101 90.6 92.9 100 103.9
My guess is this year will be between 89-92 degrees for the three days average but its truely a crap shoot...
The question becomes..... why have you taken the liberty to change the temps?
"Without music life would be a mistake" ~Nietzsche
Well I added 10 degrees to what they said because realistically they can't be right... Last year's Coachella was definitely not highs of 80, 89, and 93 degrees. I lived in the desert (Indio - 2 miles from the polo fields) for 6 years and I know what the weather is like. My temps are not to be an exact science, its just to get a gauge of what previous years were like...
Bluesunshine by any chance are you involved in climate change research?
Hey GPS you home? How's the weather?

mydesert.comA Pacific storm that has brought strong winds to the valley has also brought some rain. Raindrops were felt in Palm Springs this afternoon. As much as a tenth of an inch could fall in the desert, according to the National Weather Service.
Sustained winds of up to 35 mph were forecast for this afternoon, with gusts over 50 mph, the National Weather Service reported.

And then it is even weirder how Stagecoach is a week later yet the temps drop 10 degrees for that festival. Country-loving bastards.
