Why the hell would Pheonix be coming back again this year? That makes zero sense. Even if you want to run with a "they've crossed over" argument, the bulk of that cross over had already happened prior to last year's Coachella.
I dont know nor do I care to see them, I'm just passing info. Is it really that strange to see a band, group, act, etc at Coachella for a second time, it wouldnt be a first. And why would an artist(s) need an album to promote to return to Coachella?? What if an artist just liked Coachella that much or people behind the scenes work something out that we know nothing about... just saying.

Why because it says they are taking a break but will have some announcements in a few months? lol
They also signed up for every single social networking account, which means they're now working with a PR team. You don't do this unless you have a new album and/or a tour.
*based upon tedious fact checking.
I didn't say it wasn't a big deal and I know they haven't done much in a very long time. I just think it's funny that they say the website is taking a break and that = the opposite of a break. I welcome them and would most likely be at their set.
Phoenix, again? No thanks.
So, when's the hurt/heal game going to start??
The Avalanches just recorded a song with Ariel Pink. It seemed really random but made me really excited. I've always wanted to see them live!

I really didn't want to miss Paul McCartney but I'm glad he had a three hour set and thus was able to see The Presets. If the Rolling Stones play, I am positive something very awesome will be playing in at least three of the other stages.
Sounds like a party to me...=]

Same goes with Kanye.
The Stones are the kind of act you can run unopposed, unlike ..well...you know.
"All of you coachella 'regulars' have nasty boy pussies and itchy dick4's on your asses.
Why don't you all make like a tree and get chopped down and die. You all have been dreadfully mean to me.
I Hate you. All of you. None of you will ever get to see a womans chest meat or finger blast hott cougies like me.
Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.
Fair the well, you elitest scumbags."
