Roger Waters is going to be in Europe starting in March with leaked dates saying that he will be in Holland during May so Coachella is out of the question and for the most part Bonnaroo. Plus where did you here he was taking this to stadiums... He's only performing in arenas this tour so in that sense that would completely take any festivals out of the equation.

On a 2011 possiblity I'd say Gary Numan. The last post on his website says that he hopes that GV will invite him back to the festival next year since he was forced to cancel this year.

although i doubt he would headline.... i remember reading some interview with paul where he said that jay-z was the only rapper alive right now who he believed could handle a headlining spot at coachella, so that would leave lil wayne out. Thank God.
