Sorry , camping spots are gone. You know that I am right in front of the polo grounds, right? I will be opening about 15 more RV spots. Remember no hookups, YES water, baby pool, the canadians will have a water slide. 2 sections: one for after hours noice (until 3:00am) and another one for one am sleepers. Cross the street from property and find the entrance to the polo. I might be able to open a couple of camping spots. Resolve by April 3rd.

This will be a complete and total disaster. How many people are going to go thru the baracaded gate to the backstage area before the cops say no more? One or two? I'm thinking maybe 0.

Say you do get a bunch of RV's back there... thru the police baricade, behind the main stage, and directly next to the artist parking; at somepoint aren't the cops gonna ask if you got a permit? I hope you do.

I hope that the cops don't bother you and everyone has a great time, but I will feel bad when you ruin the weekends of so many people, who invested so much time and money, and traveled so far for the greatest show on earth.

Using private land in such a way requires a permit obtained by the city hall. If people get hurt or something happens, the police will come and the owner is completely liable, also could get sued.

the whole area is shut down to thru traffic, you either need an artist parking pass or resident pass. there are police guarding the perimeter checking for these passes. guessing they don't give each homeowner an unlimited amount of them, probably just a few per residence.

Don't worry. I think your set up is ok or at least better, because you don't have to get thru a police barricade to get there. Her house is directly behind the main stage on a road that is completely blocked off by police. You can get in with your private residency pass, but you get like 4 total. I guess if you are the first 3... I'm sure Mary will keep one for herself.

I hope this works out, but I will feel bad for people if it doesn't.
