Got selected for SF later in the day. Still not for LA though. Augh! Maybe I'll try this Live Nation mobile app thingy.

Shot off an email to tickets@rogerwaters.com and asked them if they'd please send me an invite for the L.A pre-sale. 10 minutes later I had it. In.

Nice work Sonny! Yeah I ended up springing for the priciest seats for the SD show thru the pre-sale. Figure you only live once and no way I would regret it. Good luck in the pre-sale! Wish I could make LA too but I'll be out of town in Louisville. KY taking a stupid exam at that time.
Thanks MR. I may make it down to the SD date once date it gets closer. Let ya know.
I'll probably end up at the NYC show as well. For that one I'll most likely get the pricier seats (went field, lower price for LA). But my brother in Manhattan has never seen it and he wants up close for him and friends.

Cheapest available seats in San Diego are 93 dollars.
Well...Maybe I didn't want to go after all >_>

Cheapest available, it appears the lowest price range sold out.

Nope. Not for the "SF Giants" presale. Thought I'd be able to track it down pretty easy considering I go to 12-15 ballgames per year and visit the Giants website and twitter page regularly. Oh well.
So, this may be an extremely dumb question, but if tickets are sold out in a price range during presale will more be released during regular on-sale?
thanks, even if a little late. and that "monster" one, I got from KFOG too, doesn't work in the live nation/radio presale box. there is not a KFOG specific presale on the page. weird.
*of course I had a meeting today from 9:30-11 and missed getting the seats/section I wanted, which I knew would happen and why I was so keen on getting in on the "SF Giants" presale. Ugh!
Got two pretty solid tickets with the radio presale ("cowbell").
I can't fucking believe I get to see this show again.
for anyone in SF who cares... I talked to a Giants season ticket holder and it turns out they sent out e-mails just to them and each account has a specific presale password "code" associated with it.

F*ck my slow computer here at work. F*ck all the scalpers who bought up all the upper level seats during the pre-sales and the regular on-sale this morning only to turn around 10 min later and sell them at 3 times the price. Ugh! If anyone in the bay area ends up with 2 tickets in the next 7 months in the View Reserved Left Field sections at AT&T Park (326, 327, or 328), I'd be happy to buy them off you at face value and maybe treat you to a ballgame as well. Didn't seem worth it to me to pay double the price for seats in the View Box (essentially the same level as View Reserved). Hope some of you had more success than I did.
First row tickets (of the cheap seats...)! It'll be the first weekend of summer vacation for me. Wooooh.

If it sells well they'll bump the stage back and move the floor seating up.
I got a link for the roger waters presale in SF and decided it was too expensive. I then got some cheaper but very solid seats in the regular on-sale. looking forward to seeing this!
Well, Roger Waters kicked off this leg of The Wall tour tonight in Houston. Honestly I was blown away at the entire production. I couldn't believe how excellent they sounded, and the visuals were top notch. I had ignored watching previous footage from the prior legs of this tour and i'm glad i decided to wait because pictures and video really can't capture seeing this thing live. I'm so glad i went even though it was so far away from me. One of the highlights of my year so far.

Dude, good on you for holding out on it after the whole 2010 tour. I went into it fresh besides having seen the 80's tour videos and it blew me away. The sound was absolutely insane where I was at staples. More shows can utilize surround sound if they want to![]()
