Paypal always, you can always track them better and you would have an adress at least to track em down.. And we did have a thread about this also.

This same individual tried to scam me too he used the email, James Nicks <nickjames9995@yahoo.com>, and wanted payment through www.westernunion.com or www.emoneygram.com. Be warned do not fall prey to this low life. There was many an email between him and I, but he may go by other names be warned.

Additionally, although he did not manage to get my money I do sympathize, it would have been me and my friends so a lot of doe down the crapper. Regardless, some of you may want to consider a class action law suit against this individual. Simply get a group of you together that have fallen victim to this monster, and take it to a lawyer. They may or may not accept the case, but if there are enough of you it is highly likley that they will and the individual will be easily tracked using their force. $300+ bucks is nothing to wave a finger at especially when it comes from multiple people.

That is so insane. That exact same guy tried to sell me a three day pass. I put an add out on craigslist, and the same guy responded. I am so glad I didn't buy a ticket from him. DON'T BUY FROM JAMES NICKS!!! oh and by the way if anyone out there does have a three day pass I would be more than happy make a deal but only if it is for pick up or delivery

He tried to scam me too..... let's really file a lawsuit.

you really can file a lawsuit for this, I'm serious it should be done. The people that have been scammed should get together and file a class action lawsuit against him. Not only will you get your money back, plus possibly a little more, he will be taught a valuable lesson.

I usually wear flip-flops, which have no heals.

    Furthermore, I'm not a scalper.
