Presale, and all the tickets except the ones sold at Shoreline Sunday morning, are $32.50+ taxes and fees. I'm gonna go Sunday morning, I've done the Shoreline $10 presale thing before, and I think it's worth it!

For those of you who are Gen X, this lineup is equivalent to a show advertising (with a straight face) a show featuring Pablo Cruise, Bad Company, Dr Hook, and Capt & Tenille in 1991.

That was most likely in '08. My wife and I never got around to seeing Pennywise during the 90s so in '08 we checked them out and were able to walk right up. After a couple of songs we had our fill, so we headed back to the dance tent, who's line up was pretty sick that year; Moby, MSTRKRFT, Santogold, etc.

Nah, not the '08 Pennywise I remember that one as well. It was at least 5 years ago(actually probably 7, I was 15-16, now 22), the pit was scary as fuck for my teenage self haha.

I got seat tickets during the pre-sale only for Silversun Pickups. No way i'm going to watch them all the way from the lawn. I also want to see Deftones and Hole. BT is the only act i want to see at the Subsonic stage.

I know the board bagged on this show for the most part, but I won tickets from listening to Soundcheck on Live 105. Ive actually won quite a few ticket contests from listening to that particular show. I won tickets to the pre-party show too with Golden Filter and Matt and Kim.

I want to check out Cage the Elephant's full set this year and Im a big Zion-I fan so Im excited for AMPLIVE.

Yep, that Lollapalooza was my third concert ever. My wife was in the crowd that day too, I hadn't met her at the time, but she was there nonetheless. Were you at Spartan Stadium for Lolla '96? My wife and I were dating at the time and were in attendance. That was one hell of a (hot) day.

Went to the pre-party, got there at 11:30 and Matt and Kim came on at about 11:45. I was highly impressed. Ridiculously fun and energetic set. The subsonic crowd/tent is going to explode tonight when they come out. Wiki highlights some big festival appearances but has anyone ever been to a "Matt & Kim show at the 'whatever?" Matt kinda made it sound like they dont play many small shows/clubs.

Im working all day so it doesnt look like Ill make it out to BFD this year, but if you're not into the Deftones, or have seen them before, do yourself a favor and go over to the Subsonic tent. Also someone tell me how AMPLIVE was/is. He's really the only one im upset about missing out on.

Can anyone tell me what their album is like? I have a feeling it's not anywhere near as great as their live sets.
