There is a local Phoenix indie band called Dear and the Headlights what recently released their first album.

I didn't particularly like them live, though.

I really like the Menomena album.
And, i'm giving the hats off to Vice for rereleasing the Boredoms' Super Roots series. I just picked up a copy of Super Roots 7, and that album is amazing.
