These guys always seem to come to Phoenix right around the time that I go to England. Last saw them at Modified Arts in 2009. Need to reacquaint myself with their newer material.

Onsale is apparently 6/28. Being that it's a Friday, I'm sure there'll be a presale a day or two before. Wonder how pricey this is going to get? We've seen them so many times that being close isn't mandatory, but I still don't want nosebleeds.

Nah we are trying to stay away from weeknight shows. Also, I've never heard of them.

King Khan will be a party. Saw them open a stage at Coachella a couple years ago. I just purchased a ticket for Neko Case @ The Orpheum. $35.

Yes, I did. Fucking blast and one hell of a nice guy. I was wearing a blue puma "Italia" t-shirt with numbers on the back and was in the front for most of the show.

Insert my story about opening an account for Neko Case at Casa Video in Tucson in, like, 2005. Pee-Wee's Playhouse was just released on DVD, she came in on a Tuesday night, and had an odd number of DVDs, so when we told her it was 2-for-1 and she could get another movie for free, she took the disc of Pee-Wee that was playing at the time.

Yes! I'm on board with the Tycho show. Probably Savages too. Tycho is the same weekend as NIN and lands on Veterents day.

You fail big time if you don't see Savages. They're seriously incredible live.

The Father John Misty Show on Halloween is listed as a Father John Misty "Solo", which is interesting.

I won't be at Twin Shadow. The next show I'm going to try and make is Charles Bradley but I don't have a ticket yet.
