does anyone know if of montreal is playing on the 27th? i apologize if this has/is already been/being discussed, but the date is listed on their myspace page but not on the concert poster. i am hopeful they will be playing -- a band long overdue for me to see live!

always wanted to perform naked...it's kind of my concept, to bring world peace to the Earth if everyone had to stand naked in front of their peers once a month. I think it's good because it forces you to sort of come to terms with any sort of body issues that you might have and it sort of like cleanses your emotional palette.

"A lot of people get this anxiety that's like 'I was naked in front of an audience!' and stuff, but I think it's kind of cool for people to be able to face that without going to jail. That's the thing, too, I had to pick Vegas because that's the only 21+ venue we're playing on this whole tour, and I didn't want to become a sex offender, because that would be pretty dreadful.

according to of montreal's myspace they are officially playing ,i heard the didnt want to announce it because they had shows that were not sold out..but im not sure why they havent been announced yet..

I'm pretty sure performing naked was only a one time thing. He only did it in Vegas because it was a 21+ venue. And he pretty much got his point accross. If the singer got naked at every show, it would become a lame gimmick. Male Nudity is at an all time high! First Pete Wentz, now Kevin Barnes.
