yeah, i've been pondering all the shows playing here that weekend too. like i've said before, it seems more of a "kick-in-the-gut" than years passed. oh well...that just speaks to how good the lineup is this year. i do hope jonsi comes back around this way though. my gut is he'll play last on sunday; probably against orbital. sadly, it looks like orbital is gonna lose.

just my gut. he just seems like the perfect closer for the outdoor and i'm gonna guess that the outdoor will be dark during gorillaz. and, hasn't the past couple years had the sahara closer going on after the main closer was supposed to finish (the Cure's stage squatting notwithstanding)

I have a feeling that they will be different then their previous set ups though. That being said, there will be a ton of stuff to see that Sunday anyways so I'm not too worried.

Ah yeah, the UK shows were 2001, US 2002. All of those shows were behind a screen, right? I am optimistic about their appearance at Coachella. The Demon Days shows certainly weren't boring, and their manager said they wouldn't even be performing behind a screen this time. Add in the guys from the Clash and all the guests that will be there, and I will be surprised if it ends up disappointing me.
