Will half-day tickets be sold this year? I only want to go for the second half on Saturday, and I don't think it's fair to make me pay for the whole day. Thanks!!!

The entire thread was meant as a joke. With all the talk about wanting single day tickets, the thread starter thought it would be funny to request "half day tickets". You should have figured this out when the first response to this thread was "HAHAHAHAHA".

I guess they don't teach sarcasm at Carlsbad High School, but they do have a kick ass surf team! When surfing is a sport at your school, you know the education is going to be lacking a little bit.

I just though of posting something exactly like this, and then I saw this thread.

I'll reiterate something I said somewhere else -- I don't get the negative reaction to selling no single-day tickets. If you don't want to go to the whole festival, then you're probably not that into the idea of a music festival to begin with, and you should stick to going to concerts to see bands you already know you like. No one is making you pay for all three days if you don't want to.
