So I just got through listening to their album and watching a few videos...

I dunno how I haven't heard of these guys before (guess I live under a frickin rock), because they fit right in with my favorite bands... I am loving them

Has anyone seen these guys live before?

Yeah just discoverd them to. I like there sound. Kinda an older rock sound that has some substance. Def gonna check them out

Yeah, I agree.

At first I thought they sounded way too much like Jack White and White Stripes/Raconteurs (whom I also love), but after a few songs I realized they have their own style, and I adore the girl's voice as well... I'm pretty darn excited!

I hope they have a decent time slot later in the afternoon...

I'm not being mean. The board gets cluttered and repetitive. Why do we need 3 threads with the same topic. You are asking questions that have already been answered. Do you know how to use the search function? I just searched "band of skulls" and checked titles only. Three threads showed up.

I did a re-search and an actual thread dedicated to that band didn't show up until about 20 posts down, and there were only maybe 10 posts, so no, I dont feel its too repetitive

Yeah I agree... I was actually pretty bummed at first since his voice has the ability to sound like a carbon copy of White's, but he doesn't all the time... (and especially with the bass riffs in that single) but I really think they hold their own style after hearing the whole thing.

I was not being sarcastic you clearly don't know how to use the search function properly. When you click on search there is an advanced search option (maybe this is getting too advanced for you). Inside this advanced search area, there is a "titles only" search option which helps when you are looking for a thread dedicated to a specific topic.
