Come see The Tet Holiday (my band) in various exotic locales

Yep, I am devoting a thread to this. When you come see us and we melt your face you can thank me.

Bay Area residents (specifically those in the San Jose/Santa Cruz area) should come see us in Santa Cruz this Sunday with Lee's band. They are great, we are great, the other bands are great. Here are the details:

Where: SubRosa Cafe, 703 Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz CA

When: Sunday, 2/28/10. Show starts at 7.

How much: Ideally a $3-5 donation to the venue so they can stay in business, but no one will be turned away.

Who is playing:

Starcircleanatomy (Santa Cruz)
The Tet Holiday (The beautiful East Bay)
Acid Tapestries (Santa Cruz)
Th Mrcy Hot Sprngs (SF)

Also, we will be playing Seattle, Bellingham and Olympia the following weekend, but I need more details on that front. Regardless, anyone from those areas should come because we know next to no one and are scared.

I would, but they would probably need a working visa or something like that. Unless they do, or they have some what around it. In either of those cases case, I would set try and set them up a show for sure.

Awesome! I know that show is March 6th for sure. I just need to get the address for the house we are playing and the full lineup and stuff. All of the planning is out of my hands, which is tough for me (I usually organize everything, or close to everything.) Our friends Th Mrcy Hot Sprngs will be coming with us as well. I'll fill you in when I know what's up.

Of all the weekends... my band is in the studio that whole weekend recording. Im usually free Saturday nights, so that sucks. If you do another NorthWest tour in the summer, let me know. Hopefully I could make it out to that show.

Seriously though, there's no excuse for anyone in the Bay Area not to miss this. It's about 2 hours out of SF and, let's face it, who the fuck are you going to see at Noise Pop that night?* Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes? You might as well just trade in what dignity you have left for all the American Apparel shit you can buy if that's the case.

I have to work late on Sunday and can't make it. Weak sauce. However, my friend and Coachella-buddy is a staff writer for Santa Cruz Weekly (he covers a lot of the music happenings around Santa Cruz), and I'll let him know about the show. If he can make it, he'll probably give you a guys a good write-up. Well, so long as you don't suck.
