    Default Concern about camping 2010

I've searched through threads, so please bear with me.

I was re-reading the FAQ today due to excitement, & stumbled upon this bit..

"Can I bring my friends into camp?
Sure, as long as everyone has a festival ticket you can have them come to your camping spot."

In years past, you were required to have a camping wristband to enter the area. This year, since there aren't individual lots, does this mean EVERYONE can enter the campsite area? I'm not down with the entiiiiire festival lot having access to our groups belongings.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if there's gonna be a camping wristband this year. It does say in the FAQ as long as you have a festival ticket. Hmmmmmm. I'll leave it to somebody else to answer

No camping wristband. Just the one for the festival. It really is not that big a deal, Bonnaroo is the same way. If you worried about valuables just lock them in your car.

Why would someone that isn't camping/doesn't know someone camping want to skip out on the festival to go hang out on those grounds?

And discussed in a dozen others. It's seriously not going to be a big deal. Why is a person spending $200 a night on a hotel less trustworthy than other people camping?

Plus, every time you start a similar thread, you are just advertising it. I doubt there will be a sign at the campground gate that says "Hey everyone, come on it!"

How can you say no to this offer, Goldenvoice?

just do the smart thing and all your main valuables and food and beer, etc, lock in the car... same policy as the roo and we had no issues all we left out and out in the tent were the pillows, blankets and chairs... all good..
