    Question Layaway - Single Payment

    This year, I decided to buy my ticket via Layaway. I made one single payment and got a confirmation email, but when I log into my Coachella account, there is no indication that I have one ticket paid in full. Absolutely nothing. It's all blank.

    Has this happened to anyone before? I emailed GV about it and they said I don't have any invoices since I paid in full. That makes sense, but not having anything ticket history is what's making me worried...

    You should have it on your statement (ours said Golden Voice not Ticketmaster with the total amount of 4 purchased tickets) plus the confirmation when you purchased them.

    i remember that email exchange. did you think we're lying or did you have a more specific question you wanted answered? the dude that looks up the accounts kind of needs specific questions. he simply answered why you had no invoice on the last one you sent. keep in mind we are answering 100s of emails one at a time one question at a time. feel free to send another email with another question. also since we are in the middle of contacting the few hundred people who's cards were declined, please include your 6 (six) digit account number when inquiring to speed up the process of finding your account.

    Uh oh, so is it safe to say that our card got declined if the amount hasn't been deducted yet?

    I don't know what you are looking at to come to that conclusion. Sometimes on our end it shows the payment went through but the customer isnt seeing it on their bank statements yet. causing unnecessary panic. Most payments went through on our end on feb. 4. It may take a few days to show up on the customer end. If you are concerend, email info@coachella.com with your 6 (SIX) digit "account" number so we can quickly look up your account status. no prob.

    how do you make a single payment on layaway? doesn't that negate the purpose?

    there was an option but maybe it was primarily for people doing the presale which was a layaway pre-sale. plus if you do a single payment you dont have to worry about losing your tickets in the time up to the event. (not what i would do but i am sure that is some peoples logic)
