    Smile Wakarusa

If you like Coachella, then holy shittttt come to Waka this year. Ozark Mountian is not only the most secrete little hippie colonie ever, but it has a fuckin waterfall, frisbee golf course, and not to mention a shit ton of kick ass bands.
    See you there.

    Yeah... I could do that.

Or I could just leave this here...

"All of you coachella 'regulars' have nasty boy pussies and itchy dick4's on your asses.
Why don't you all make like a tree and get chopped down and die. You all have been dreadfully mean to me.
I Hate you. All of you. None of you will ever get to see a womans chest meat or finger blast hott cougies like me.
Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.
Fair the well, you elitest scumbags."

Well...I can't say I really like how this thread has started, but it's the Waka thread so we'll stick to it.

Wakarusa truly is a beautiful festival. Surrounded by the rolling Ozark hills and Mulberry River, it's really secluded and very low key. The vibe of the festival is amazing, it must be the scenery that has everyone so happy, but it's a really nice place to be for a weekend.

One thing that really makes Wakarusa special is the annual Chompdown, which is basically a potluck breakfast held in the campsite. Everyone contributes if they can, and breakfast is cooked for anyone who wants to show up. Dirtfoot plays every year and they usually get a couple of other acts that are playing the festival to join in. Really a unique experience and has really taken a beautiful life within the fest.

This year they are implementing constant music from the time the festival opens on Thursday morning until it closes Sunday night. In the morning, they have singer-songwriters from 9 AM until about noon when the bands start in all the other tents/stages. The electronic acts go all night, until the 9 AM singer-songwriters start up. These include sunrise sets by Mimosa, Bluetech, and Tipper. The lineup is amazing this year, with huge bookends of bluegrass and electronic acts with everything in between.

I would consider it (few decent names on that line-up I'd like to see) but its the same weekend as Free Press Summer Fest which is much cheaper (Tickets are only 20 bucks right now) and closer to me personally. And it was a very fun experience last year. So I think I'll stick to that

Haha, you wouldn't believe how big of a fanbase Ekoostik Hookah has at Ohio State University. Once upon a time they were good, now they're just an old, embarassing, nostalgic jamband.

And this line up looks pretty sweet. I'm considering.

Man, that lineup is really impressive. Even for someone who doesn't like jam bands, there's some serious quality in there. The techno lineup is pretty nuts!

Hearing Jim James scream to the heavens from atop Mulberry Mountain is going to be quite the experience. Any of you guys thinking of making the trip to Arkansas? It's going to be an amazing weekend of music, friends, and nature. Can't beat that combination.

Edit: I'm really hoping one of those Beats Antique sets will be a sunrise set...

is that really the best picture you can find to convince someone to go to this festival?
