i'll be sure to avoid whatever stage they are playing on for the duration of their set. sadly for boots and tom nothing they do will ever equal their work with the coup and ratm respectively.

I'm fairly down. Tom Morello at least knows how to put on a great live show even when the material is below the bar. There are worse things to do at Coach than bounce to some funky, albeit fairly forgettable rock. They aren't a priority, but if nothing else is on they're probably worth checking out.

I saw them with Tool and Alice In Chains a while ago, pretty fun live act. Not big on their recorded stuff though.

I definitely had a great time watching tom work at outside lands, but it really just has absolutely nothing on The Coup or Rage, but if you have the time it's definitely an enjoyable set

I was there that night, and it was decent....but if you cover a classic, have a different vocalist, and Morello limits the same knob twiddling he's milked for years...it's not really quite the same as listening to their dull derivative shit. Thank goodness there will be a choice to fuck off elsewhere and not have to endure their mediocrity as was the case at NIN/JA.

I'm actually not a huge Rage fan, I respect them, but have never really gotten into them. But I really enjoyed SSSC when they opened for NIN in Chula Vista. If for nothing else but Tom Morello tearing that guitar up.

I've seen them live, and I don't get it at all. Though I did enjoy seeing Tom do a solo with his mouth (and it actually sounded OK.)

i missed most of this set because the people i went w/ couldn't keep their shit together & went to the gate & stood in line w/o their tix like a couple dumbshits. got in just in time to catch "kick out the jams" w/ trent reznor, which i'm sure was the highlight of the set anyway... too bad the album sucked so bad, but if they do show up on friday chances are i'll have time to catch a little bit of their set 'cause there won't be too much else going on...

I saw them at Sasquatch last year and they were better than I expected. I don't have the album or anything but live they are not bad. I probably will skip them either way though.

I do think Morello and Boots are capable of a great collaboration but so far they don't have it.

Definitely a waste of a good addition, but this will just be one less conflict to deal with on an already stacked weekend. Toss them into the lineup, who cares.
